To guarantee the highest quality of processes and products, J\u00e4ger Polska consistently implements the \u2018zero defects\u2019 philosophy. In accordance with this philosophy, all sales, product development and production processes are carried out with the aim of eliminating all errors.<\/p>

Our goal is to prevent non-compliance by properly organising and optimising processes, systematically improving staff qualifications, and continuously improving infrastructure. The effective identification and elimination of potential irregularities require constant monitoring of processes and analysis of improvement opportunities.<\/p>

Errors can be caused by incorrectly designed or implemented processes, as well as by insufficient diligence in their implementation. Therefore, regular employee training and the development of a culture of responsibility for the quality of work performed are important elements of our strategy.<\/p>

A key strength of Jaeger Polska lies in our ability to develop our own materials, drawing on many years of expertise and technical know-how. To support this, we operate our own laboratory and elastomer mixing facility at one of the Jaeger Group\u2019s sites located in Hanover, where we create and refine formulations for specialised applications. This enables us to ensure optimal material properties are tailored precisely to your requirements.<\/span><\/p>

These formulations serve as the foundation for many of the products manufactured within the J\u00c4GER Group. In addition to our in-house compound development capabilities, we also collaborate with external suppliers.
