The production process of rubber components
Compression and transfer molding
Application: small series, large items, prototypes
Advantage: Low investment costs
Disadvantage: high production costs due to labor
TM transfer molding
Application: complex parts with tight tolerances, small/medium series
Advantage: high dimensional accuracy
Disadvantage: increased material waste
Injection molding (IM)
Application: precision molded parts with very tight tolerances, large series, and automated production.
Advantages: Short cycle times, low production costs, possibility of process automation.
Disadvantage: High costs of machinery and tools
Production of molded rubber components
cold/heated molding mixture inserted into the mold cavity
mixture for forming under pressure and heat
heating through the mold wall (approx. 140–180 °C)
vulcanization inside the socket
removing the element
heating the component (if necessary)
We also offer the following manufacturing processes:
production of profiles using extrusion + vulcanization (salt bath, UHF, IR)
hose production (with and without insert)
autoclave vulcanization
Production of plastic components using injection molding
