What does cooperation with Jaeger Polska look like?
What does plastics and elastomer processing involve?
Processing means shaping plastic and rubber materials using dedicated molds and machines that provide the required temperature and pressure. The material enters the machine in solid form, is plasticised under heat, and then injected into the mold. The process runs in a repeatable cycle, ensuring stable and efficient serial production.
Once the cycle is complete, the mold opens and the finished part is removed. If the component requires additional operations such as assembly of inserts, painting, sandblasting or mechanical finishing, these processes are also carried out at Jaeger Polska.
In which areas does Jaeger Polska operate?
We manufacture based on customer documentation — either a technical drawing or a 3D model.
When working with us, you gain a partner responsible for supervising mold production, selecting materials, developing and stabilising the production process, implementing the project, and running serial production with quality control.
At every stage, we ensure transparent communication regarding project status.
What information is required to receive a quotation?
To prepare a quotation, we need a technical drawing or 3D model of the product, information about its operating conditions, and data on the planned annual demand.
Based on this, we can estimate both the tooling cost and the unit price for serial production.
What does the process look like — from inquiry to serial production?
Cooperation begins with a consultation, during which we analyse the technical requirements and discuss possible solutions. After receiving the documentation, we prepare an offer covering tooling and production.
Once the order is placed, the tooling manufacturing process begins. The standard lead time is between eight and sixteen weeks, depending on the complexity of the mold.
After the mold is delivered to Jaeger Polska, we perform a technical acceptance process to verify compliance with the documentation. If necessary, we use 3D scanning technology to precisely compare the cavity geometry with the product model.
Sample production then follows. The mold is installed on the machine, the material is tested in our laboratory, and the process is supervised by a process engineer, machine setter and quality technician. The standard lead time for samples is approximately six weeks from mold delivery.
After sample approval, final quality requirements are agreed and documented. Serial production then begins. Delivery times depend on the production volume.
What production quality does Jaeger Polska ensure?
Quality requirements are defined together at the sample stage and documented in an agreed specification.
Jaeger Polska is ISO 9001 certified and operates its own in-house measurement laboratory, allowing continuous monitoring of process parameters and production stability.
